Music Reflection 18/11/09

Today i learnt how to determine different kind of chord. There are major, minor, diminished, etc. I think i did not prepare for the exercise, since i still confused with some of the notation and the chord form, because this is new for me and i did not really understand every single the nwe chord form.

Music Reflection 17/11/09

Today i repeated my performance for my test which was performing my own 32 bars music composition. I think did it quite well and it is better than last wee. Event though i missed some notation during playing it, but at least i already try to perform it in a good manner. Today i also watched some of my friends performance in their own 32 bars music composition.

Music Reflection 11/11/09

Today i did perform my finale 32 bars composition. I think i did not perform well because i did a lot of mistakes. My posture was not so good and i did not play the string well. For next semester i will improve by more practice and learn how to have a good posture.

Music Reflection 10/11/09

Today what we did was only practicing for the own composition song performance assessment. I practiced with my other Violin group mates and we practiced during the recess and in the practical class, I think during practicing i did perform not well because i forgot some notation to play in which string of the violin, so what i did was ask Mr Sadrakh to give a short brief again about violin.

Music Reflection 04/11/09

Today i put my 32 bars music composition into the music sheet final paper, i think i only did one adding to my composiiton, it's only one note that I add to my final song. After that we had a practical clas, and what we did was practice our final song for the upcoming assement.

Music Reflection 03/11/09

Today was Adeline's birhday, we did sing a Happy Birthday song to celebrate her birthday, even though we celebrate it not long, but i think we celebrate it in a good manner. Today we put our composition song into the draft musicsheet paper that been given by Mr John, I copied it from my musics book, actually I already did it my music book, so it is easier.

Music Reflection 28/10/09

Today we had a singing assesment, our song titled " What a Wonderful world" is our song for our assesment. I did the assement by pair, my pai was still the same with Hasan. I think we both did quite well, however Hasan is better than me because his voice is too cool for me, since he is a singer and i as a piano player can not sing well. Overall for the performance i think i did it quite well, so for next term if there is this kind of assesment, i will maintain this kind of performance.
