Music video Practice no 3 (15/04/10)

This is my third violin practice video that i done at home. I did it at night before my bed time, because i believed that it can helped me to make my mind not stress and become an easy going person. I did play All of Me once again because i did not forget my goal, that i should play All of Me until it sounds better than my assesment last term. I think i did it quite well, For the future of the music video will not be much different because i think i need to keep practice the song to achieve better performance. Once more i have a trouble on uploading the video.

music reflection 16/04/10

Today at the first period of this class we did a study for the music history and notations test especially in jazz music for one of the music assesment in term 4 and the second period or the rest of this class was used for the jazz music test. I think i did the test very well because i already study it and understand it also. I optimize, I can get at least 7 for this test. For the future i will study hard for upcoming music quiz/ test.

Today i did singing a song titled " You Got Rhythm" a song by George Gershwin for me pf ,y assesment for this term 4 and i sang it in front of my classmates in the class. I think i did it well because the score is improving from last time i sang a song for one of the requirement in music class 's singing assesment. In the future i will try to keep on improving my score for the rest of the music class in grade 10.

Music video Practice no 2(11/04/10)

This is my second violin practice video at home, I practice it today in my room, in the morning, first of all i did fingering exercise first because my finger still frozen, because i only practice just once which is yesterday since the holiday until now. Second i tried to play All of Me song a song which i performed last term for one of my music assesment last term. Overall i think i did it better than the first video, but still not so good because some of the note is not heard when i use my bow to play it. So my future for the end of the week is that i can play All of Me song better than my assesment last term. Sir Herry, I'm Having a trouble during uploading the video, i already upload it for 3 times, but when it reach 90% there is a window telling me that there is a problem during uploading, so can i just for this time, i put it on my USB and tomorrow i will give it to you in class, i will not repeat this again, only just for this time sir, please !!!

Music Practice Video no 1 (10/04/10)

This is my first violin practice video at home, i practice on my finger because honestly, since the holiday until now(Saturday) i did not play even touch my violin, so to start again the music Schools practical lessons which is the instrument lesson specifically i need to fingering practice at first. I think i did it okay, because it's quite long i did not touch my violin and i still sometimes miss a not when i did this. In the future i will keep on fingering practice on the first a few second on my video, then hopefully i can play a song.

music refleciton 09/04/10

Today i did a review on making,questioning, and answering together with my cool jazz group about cool jazz and i also did sing a song titled 'I got Rhythm" a song by Gerswine with the whole class first then with my Cool jazz group and sang it in front of the class watched by other classmates or groups. I think i did it all the activities quiet well, and i will maintain this kind of performance for next music class.

Today is my first music class for term 4. We did a lot of activity, approximately 3 activities, but still not yet have an instrument class. The first activity is that mr Herry give back all our works for the booklet last term and asked us to make 5 questions for each person to be submitted and will be use for our theory's exam which will come next session on Friday. The second activity, Mr Herry try to refresh and challenge some of us in Jazz chords (G,D,A,E) Major,Minor, Dominant 7th,9, and 11. The last one we grouped per one instrument and 2 additional for the person who did not get the group through gambreng, this group will be our group performance for one of our music Assesments in term 4 as well as picking the jazz song. The finisher activity, we sang a jazz song by Gershwin. I think i did all the activity quite well because since it is the first meeting so there is no hard work, i think for the future i will maintain this kind of performance and study for the theory exam of Jazz History and Notation.
